Gelmini a Genova: «Un’agenzia controllerà le università»»
Il governo presenterà nei prossimi giorni la riforma della governance dell’Università e la nuova agenzia per la valutazione del sistema universitario, Anvur. Lo ha annunciato il ministro dell’Istruzione, Mariastella Gelmini, in visita a Genova dove ha firmato il protocollo d’Intesa per l’istituzione del centro di ricerca Ericsson, sulla collina degli Erzelli.
L’Anvur dovrebbe essere un’istituzione terza, indipendente dai soggetti che valuta e dal governo, che valuterà la qualità del sistema e dei suoi singoli comparti, consentendo di orientare gli investimenti, per premiare il merito, i migliori risultati e i miglioramenti delle prestazioni. Su questo pilastro il governo vuole riorganizzare la governance della formazione superiore e della ricerca scientifica.
Presente alla firma del protocollo anche il rettore dell’Università di Genova, Giacomo Deferrari, che è intervenuto sul trasferimento della facoltà di Ingegneria nella nuova sede agli Erzelli. Un trasferimento che, negli scorsi mesi, è stato a lungo criticato dalla stessa facoltà d’Ingegneria, che aveva sollevato molte perplessità sull’operazione. «Vogliamo andare agli Erzelli, assolutamente», dice Deferrari. Carlo Castellano, presidente e amministratore delegato di Esaote e presidente di Genova High Tech, la società che ha realizzato il progetto di parco tecnologico sulla collina degli Erzelli, è entusiasta: «Il progetto è stato approvato e validato sia dalla facoltà d’Ingegneria che dall’ateneo. Non ci sono più problemi».
